I won't be home when delivery is due ...
Different postal carriers will have their own procedures therefore this will depend on which carrier is used for your area. However it is usual that carriers may leave the package with an apartment management office or even on your front/back porch if the driver deems that the area is secure enough to leave the package. Otherwise, a notice will be posted that a delivery attempt was made and it will offer a variety of ways for you to obtain your order.
How will the item be packaged?
All orders are shipped in a plain, cardboard box. The shipping label will not reference "Utensil-Race.com", "Sex Toy" or any other identifying description related to products designed for adults.
Can I have the parcel shipped to another address?

Can I change or cancel my order?

I've changed my mind, can I refund my package?
Once you've received your package, and decided that you no longer want it, then PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE BOX! Simply write the Paypal transaction number on the box and ship the package to us to the address at Contact Us within 30 days of receipt. Due to the nature of the items, any package that has been opened cannot be refunded.
I've missed delivery of the package, what should i do?
Usually Royal Mail/Parcelforce will require you to be at premises to receive your parcel either because it is too big to fit through your letterbox or because it requires a signature.
If you are not at the premises for whatever reason when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail/Parcelforce will post a card through your letterbox advising you that your parcel is ready for collection at your local post office.
Simply follow the instructions on the card left by Royal Mail/Parcelforce.
If you are not present to accept your parcel and you do not collect it within 7 days from your local Post Office, it will be returned to our warehouse; there is an additional postage charge if you require it to be sent out to you again. In any case, if your order is missing or not received. We can provide the proof of delivery (receipt from post office).
What happens if my package was sent back?
If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to our facility without a paypal transaction number, the product value will be refunded upon receipt, less the original shipping fee as well as the shipping fee charged by our courier to return the package to our facility.

How are domestic orders shipped?
If the package is 2kg or under delivery will be made by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Orders over 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail Standard Parcel. Royal Mail Standard Parcel delivers most Standard Parcels within 3-5 working day after posting, including Saturdays. These services are not guaranteed.
When will the package be shipped?
Orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the date that payment is finalized. Our facility ships packages Monday to Friday.
If the package is lost, we will send the goods again for free. The package will be considered lost if the package has not arrived after 45 days of posting. We will not make any refund or resend your item before this period.
